Follow your Heart

From an early age, we are nurtured to express our creativity using our imagination with new ideas and ways of thinking. This mental growth flows easily, wave after wave, but as we grow our creativity can sometimes waiver. Why can't we continue this into our Adult lives? As makers, let's Increase our happiness, decrease our stress, get better sleep, and gain a new focus.
